Penis tip inflammation and aching testicle

Hi
This is my first post on here so not sure if this is the right place. It is quite a long process so bare with me

i received unprotected oral and protected sex from a girl. 3 1/2 weeks later i developed an unrelated problem, and i had a 1 weeks course of co-amoxiclav that cured the unrelated problem. 1 week after finishing this course i masturbated. When i ejactulated, i felt a 'lump' of seimen come from the base of my penis all the way out. as soon as i ejactulated, i felt a slight discomfort / almost stabbing pain around my penis opening. This went away after 30 mins and everything else was good.
The next day i masturbated again. i didnt feel any 'lumps' come out, but once i ejaculated the same pain returned and never went away. Over the next few days i developed a slight redness around my penis opening. its approx 3/4" in diameter and is more visable in the bath. 3 days later i developed a mild ache in my right testicle. no redness or swelling present.
The symptoms stayed like that. No discharge or itching. Only what i have listed. When I open my pee hole it looks red round the edge. But inside looks pink / normal

A week later i went to my local gum clinic. They did the umbrela test and found no infection present. They also tested me for clamidya, ghonera, syphalis and HIV, which all came back negative.
since then i have been to the doctors twice. I have done a month of antibiotics. 2 weeks of Oxytetracycline and 2 weeks of ciprofloxacin. this eased the pain in my penis tip, but did not get rid of the readness or my aching right testicle. Since finishing the course the slight pain in my penis has returned. The doctor did not seem concerned with my penis, but sent me for a ultrasound on my testicles. This came back normal.
Since then I have completed courses of various antibiotics including doxy. I have also tried hydrocortisone cream but to know effect. Approx 5 months after I went back to the gum clinic. All tests negative. Had another scan on testicles. Again normal.

My gf also went to gum clinic. She was also clear.

I have seen a urologist twice who says everything is fine. He has filled out std due to results. He says there is no infection based on numerous blood and urine tests I have done.

So to summarize
Had oral
At 3.5 weeks after oral I took 1 week of coamoxiclax for unrelated issue
5.5 weeks after oral began with penis tip inflammation and testicle ache

6.5 weeks visited gum clinic. All clear.

I have had this for over a year now.  My penis tip, around the hole/opening is still red and slightly inflamed. My testicle still aches. It is slowly dismantling my life. I can't bare this much longer without some answers. Please can anyone make any suggestions?

Thanks

Your asking if you have something that the Dr tells you you don't and you have no symptoms of it??

Just another quick question. At the std clinic in the uk. The doctor did a swab just inside my penis. He said this was a preliminary test to look for bacteria. He told me there was nothing out of the ordinary under the microscope.

Would this mean that Urethritis is not present. I have no pain when I go for a wee or when I ejaculate. Also when I look down into the opening everything looks normal. Pink etc. not red or inflamed.

The reason I ask is reading the internet that the red tip could be Urethritis. But this is inside the penis? And you would have stinging etc when urinating?

Thanks

Thanks for your response. I understand what you have said. But my symptoms are real. So there must be an issue!  It's not getting better, but not getting worse.

Do std symptoms get worse and worse? Can you theoretically continue for ever with no symptoms?  If the ache in my testicle was an infection, would you expect the ache / pain to get worse?

Thanks

I don't know what to tell you, STD tests negative and a couple of Dr's agree that it is nothing. Can't add much else.
