Persistent odorless yellowish discharge after 2 treatments

I am a 22 year old female

May (First Doctor)
-I was diagnosed with gonorrhea and chlamydia which my boyfriend  gave to me, symptoms including itchy feeling, excessive yellow discharge, redness of vulva. The Chlamydia that I had was possibly from 3 years ago because my boyfriend tested negative for gonorrhea that lay dormant until I got infected by gonorrhea.
-I was already cleared by my doctor (negative test for HIV, Gono, Clam, diabetes also) and no other symptoms was there except there is still a yellowish discharge. We decided to get re-checked and he said results were all cleared and it was probably only bacterial vaginosis or UTI gave us medication and send us on our way.
-But the yellowish discharge with no smell persisted.

June (Second Doctor)
-We decided to consult a new doctor and he took our history and noted that it was possible that we got re-infected again because we did not get treated at the same time. I tested positive for gonorrhea and traces of bacterial infection. I have not have any contact starting from this point (NO SEXUAL CONTACT). I was treated and given new treatment regimens including (Ceftri shot, Oral Medication for 7 days- Doxycycline, Cipro and Metronidazole).

-Re-check came and I was still having yellowish discharge. Doctor said  re-check confirms clear (No more STDs Gonorrhea) but there are traces of bacterial and fungal infection. I was given a (clearing shot and was given oral medication for 3 days to treat the bacterial and yeast traces cant remember name of drugs, one of them was metro i think.

-After this yellow discharge have stopped and re-check was clear. but I started having (White, cottage cheese like discharge with no smell) in heavy amounts.  Doctor suspected I had yeast infection from all the medication I took. Prescribed Clotrimazole suppository 500g for 5 days +addition 2days for 7 day treatment while waiting for (pap smear and KOH fungal test) results came back and test were negative for pap smear and KOH test. which lead my doctor to believe that I had hormonal imbalance caused my medication as well.

July
-Present time, after a week the white discharge started gradually decreasing and went away on its own but I started having yellow discharge with no odor again. It is usually in small to moderate amounts and just dries on my pads.
-Im resting for a week since my body is beat from all the antibiotics i took and observed the discharge for now and possibly consult a hormone specialist or get re-checked for infections.

Your assistance in greatly appreciated regarding this complicated manner. Thankful for any help provided. Kindly post your comments and suggestion below.

1. Could I still possibly have an STD(gono, clam) after getting treated twice with no sexual contact?
2. Can medication cause me to have hormonal imbalance?
3. Can hormone imbalance cause bacterial or yeast infection? (I have read in an article somewhere)
4.. Is it possible because I took (Clotrimazole suppository 500g once a night for 7 days) which we believe is excessive and might not have yeast infection in the first place cause a disruption in my vaginal flora balance? giving me bacterial infection?
5. Can yeast infection have yellowish discharge? (In my understanding yellow is bacterial and white cottage cheese is fungal but i have read that fungal can also cause yellow discharge)

thanks grace, great advice regarding this matter, very informative. the probiotic supplement seems like a good idea, it could help. I looked around the net. I don't think we have urex cap 5 over here but there are other brands FemFlora, Regenesis,  Prob Acidophilus puritan's pride. I'll try to check them out. thanks:)

thick discharge with clumps after you treat for bv is actually pretty common. it's usually dead bacteria working its way out of the body and not yeast.

sometimes once you get bv, it gets hard to break the cycle. be seen every time you have discharge to get retested.   is it likely this is still std related? no.

you aren't in the US but look for urex cap 5. that is the name it used to go by outside of the US.  it is a probiotic that has been shown to colonize the female urogenital tract to help reduce the incidence of vaginitis. meanwhile keep treating the infections that are detected in the doctors office . sometimes it just sucks being female :(
