Please Help!!

Hey Doc! About a year ago I had unprotected oral and genital sex with an Ex girlfriend of mine. A couple days later I began feeling an itch/tingle in my urethra and I noticed a mild almost unoticeable clear discharge. I also did oral on her and soon after began experiencing swollen lymph nodes and glands, sore throat, ear aches and even crusted mucous in my eye when I woke up. I broke up with her soon afterwards. My symptoms went away but I still felt the itch/tingle in my urethra from time to time. I''ve been tested for chlamydia/gonnerhea multiple times with all negative results. I even did a throat culture with negative results as well. I had a new girlfriend around the time I was tested and thinking that everything was ok...she gave me oral and swallowed. The next day she became very sick with a really bad sore throat. We soon broke up as well. 4 months later i'm now with a new girlfriend who I really like and I was scared to have unprotected sex fearing that i'd give her something. Well we eventually had unprotected sex and about a week later she told me that she wanted to go to the clinic to be tested because she was having yeast infection like symptoms and she was scared it was an std's since she's never had a yeast infection for so long. (My heart literally sunk) I was in disbelief that this could be happening. Well her results came back and they were both negative for chlamydia/gonnerhea. The doctor gave her canesten and told her she had a yeast infection. Her yeast infection went away after taking canesten. The yeast infections keep coming back and she eventually gave me one a couple times. i've treated them each time. She gave me oral recently like my last gf and soon began having stuffy nose, itchy dry throat, pain in ears and crust in eyes. My question is what std other than chlamydia and gonnerhea can cause such things??? Can Trichominasis cause this? Is there bacteria/fungi that can live on your penis that aren't list sti's? If so how can they be detected??? Thankz for your time =)

Those two std's aren't the only std's out there, You need to test for everything! Your present girlfriend too... No more unprotected until you have been screen for everything ok?
