Please help! I'm quite worried, herpes? Or worse?

I am an 18 year old male and about a month and a half ago I made a poor decision to have unprotected sex. Everything was fine for about a week but then one day I noticed a bright red bump on the shaft of my penis. At first I figured it to be a cut or an ingrown hair because I had shaved a few days before. I attempted to pop it but it was no good, though it was not painful. The next day the red bump turned into a small zit looking bump , though I believe it did this because I irritated it the day before. I popped the small zit looking bump but didn't bother to notice what come out. About a day later the bump was completely gone except for a minor scar which also has gone away.

After the bump scare left I began to have off and on pain in my back and in my testicals about a week later. It wasn't extreme pain it was just slightly uncomfortable because it only happened for very short periods about 3 or 4 times a day.

The pain in my back and testicals began to subside but now I am experiencing cramps in my legs and arms, and every once and a while I have a muscle spasms next to my knee. My back and testicals still hurt every once and a while but now i am wondering if this is all caused by stress and lack of sleep.

Do any of these symptoms even point to an STD? Or am I letting myself freak out for no reason at all.
