Please help me I am feeling hopeless :(

Ive been suffering with anxiety and depression for 3 months now. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the Month of August 20th and 21st i was the top he was the bottom, 2 days after that i already experienced a discharge in my penis and itching and burning sensation when i pee. I talked to him about it and he said that he didnt have unprotected sex with anyone before our last unprotected sex. Since I do love him, i have to trust him but theres only one thing ive noticed on him back then when we do unprotected sex, he has a sore eyes. Could it be possible that the sore in his eyes has led me to experience gonorrhea? ive search over the internet that gonorrhea can be found on the eyes, throat, anus and penis. He didnt experience any anal itching and difficulty when having a poop so i assume that he doesnt have it on his anus.

Time flies, its November now theres no other day that i checked myself and the symptoms associated with hiv. I always put myself at risk regarding that unprotected sex happened 3 months ago. On that 3 months the only symptoms that ive noticed is the muscle twitching happened to me 4 weeks after the exposure and im still experiencing it up to this point however i can describe it as mild and not severe. This muscle twitching didnt caused any hurt on my muscles however, im still worried. I also lost 3 kg o the 5th week but i dont experience any loss of appetite. on the 7th week ive got mouth sore and came on the 8th week( This week i believe it was due to the toothbrush).
* Other than that, I dont experience any fever (which ive search is the most common symptoms), sore throat, rash, weakness, and swollen lymph nodes.

Q: Do you think what happened to me on the Aug 23rd is a Gonorrhea? If Yes y? If No y?
Q: Am I at risk with hiv? If Yes y? If No y?
Q: Is it possible that ive seroconverted with the symptoms i stated? If Yes y? If No y?

Forget about me answering to you in a "survery" questionnaire yes or no format!

You know really what the answer is.  You have put yourself at great risk to getting any type of STD etc.  Your lover has had some type of sores and has not been, by the sounds of things, either that or has not told you the truth, checked out for sexually transmitted diseases.

You have had the typical signs of a sexually transmitted disease.  And you MUST for your own sake get checked out URGENTLY.  As I understand it, if treated early with the correct medication some STDs can be cured.  If left too late and complications set in, then there is no prospect of recovery.

Here is a web link that you may find very informative and useful to you.

I am not surprised that you have been feeling depressed and anxious with the symptoms that you have been having, I would be too.  I would have gone immediately to get checked out with the symptoms you experienced with urination.

Be warned and never trust anyone - ALWAYS wear protection.

Make a very URGENT appointment to see your doctor and also the GUM clinic.

Let me know how you get on.
