Possible STD? Herpes or HPV?

I have had protected sex and unprotected oral sex with my partner since Nov 16th with no issues. I've had HSV 1 since I was a child. We had unprotected sex Dec 8 and he did not ejaculate in me. The next day I was itchy. The day after I started spotting pink and had slight uti symptoms. I spotted then started my cycle 12 days early. I had a psin in my left leg where my lymp nodes are but it doesnt feel swollen. I had abdominal pain, sharp pains in my breasts, itchy in my vagina, headaches, fatigue, lower back pain, sciatic flair (i get this often) and off and on tinglimg in my lips. (This happens when my lips get chapped or if im stressed) uncomfortable while having bowel movements, slight uti symptoms hard to explain and urine frequency. The whole inside of my vagina and anus was swollen. I had a thin and sometimes mucus discharge. I got tested 5 days after sex and was negative but she gave me meds for chlamydia anyway. I went back Dec 23 and she gave me macrobid bc I tested positive for a uti. I didn't take it but went back for a second set of std results on Dec 31 and she gave me meds for chlamydia, Gonorrhea, BV and yeast. I took them all plus the macrobid and felt better some, no discharge and nor swollen anymore but still had the pain on the left groin and slight uti symptoms. I've taken all the meds plus valtrex 100mg 3 times during this time to avoid cold sores just in case. Jan 8 the uti symptoms came back again and my clitoris feels swollen or uncomfortable. I looked and thought I saw a bump but it just looks like an aroused clitoris. I felt a cold sore coming up so I took another valtrex but it hasn't helped my other symptoms. I'm taking D mannose, cats claw, astragalus, and oil of oregano as of today. I tested positive for a low grade cervical cancer low grade HPV back in 2011. I've had normal paps since then. I had this same pain in the groin area then but never had uti symptoms and swollen clitoris or lingering issues like this. I've looked at herpes and hpv forums. I'm so confused. It has been 5 or so weeks now.

I've looked up so many things and am so worried and confused. Why do I have uti symptoms and pain in my groin or lymph nodes or whatever for so long with nothing helping? Could I have passed hsv 1 to him orally or by mouth then him given it to me? Neither of us have sores and he has no symptoms.

What is going on??

Herpes is a virus that will always stay in your body after getting it, so you can always transmitted to other people. You can still have a normal sexual life, but avoid to have sexual relationships when you are having the typical lesions from herpes. The same regarding papiloma. If you see scratches or lesions around your genitals, avoid to have sexual contact, or do it with condom in the case you have it on the glans.

Herpes can be transmitted even with condom, in the case those lesions are in an area that the condom doesn't cover and they touch your partner's skin.

All the best.

That doesn't answer my questions though. I've never had an issue with genital hsv, only oral hsv 1. Could I have given it to myself genitally by passing it to my partner via mouth or oral then him passing to me genitally? I've never had a cut or lesion or sore on my genitals.

I should add that I normally start my cycle on the 22nd if every month bright red for 3 to 5 days. Jan 8 I started my cycle brown for 2 days which is old blood. I had 2 days bright red then 3 days brown. My cycle has completely changed.
