Possible STD?

I have two small sores just inside the lips of my vagina which are extremely uncomfortable. At first I thought they may be shaving cuts as I have had things like them before and they have eventually just gone. But this time is different - I also have small white lumps which can be washed away but soon return (perhaps skin coming away?), and a clear/milky-white discharge which also contains small white lumps. There doesn't appear to be any odour but I am suffering with a blocked nose! My vagina is also itchy and slightly swollen (perhaps because of all the itching??) and I am rather worried. I am awaiting results from a check-up last week but have continued to have unprotected sex with my partner since the test-date so these results may be incorrect. Any ideas?

Best advice is to see your OBGYN. I would not have sex either at this point until you find out what it is.

I was tested for everything but the problems have only come after the test! Bummer...

Could be a STD or maybe a yeast infection. Did you test for chlymida?
