Possible Treatment Failure

I'm a man, and on 13 Oct. had unprotected sex with a woman. On Oct. 25 was treated due to symptoms but without testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia and trich: 250mg IM of ceftriaxone, 1g oral of azythrmocin, 1g tinadazole.

Was also tested for HIV/Syphillis on Oct. 25 and again on Nov. 9 (negative). On Nov. 9 I told dr. that my penis and scrotum were red and itchy and still felt pain in testicles. He said the treatment would have definitely cured, so didn't order a test, but gave me a steroid cream for the redness, saying it was likely exzema.

Still experiencing dull ache in testicles on Nov. 13 (feels like balls are being squeezed). Could there have been a treatment failure for gonorrhea, chlamydia or trich? Is it possible to still experience residual symptoms this longer after treatment, yet be cured? What is most likely follow up treatment for initial failed treatment?

Thanks!

Some people can be asymptomatic.

Is it possible I could experience testicular pain but no discharge? The testicular pain and crotch redness only came about after the encounter.

I appreciate your feedback Life360; however, I live in a remote area, a days drive from the doctor, so hoping to get feedback from a doctor in this community.

Not constantly checking. Throughout the day when working, sitting, standing, etc. I feel like my balls are being squeezed....

Its possible you causing the irritation yourself by constant checking, but if your still concerned have a follow up with your doctor.

Before treatment I experienced burning while urinating and had mild, clear, mucous discharge. Since treatment no discharge, burning while urinating but milder, and the dull ache in the testicles has become more painful.
