Possible chancre sores on lip?

Six weeks ago, I performed unprotected oral on a Ts escort. She did not ejaculate, but I tasted pre-cum. Yesterday I noticed 4 very faint purple/black pigments/dots on my bottom lip. They were all in a line one on the left, one in the center and 2 on the right. They are not raised and are behind the skin. There is also bluish discoloration on my lower lip. Could they be chancre sores or symptoms of any other STD? I read that this could be dry lips or from drinking too much coffee or tea, but I'm terrified it is an STD. The HIV forum said it wasn't an HIV symptom and I had no risk from my exposure of getting HIV.

Thanks

I never noticed them before. They are very small and very faint. It's possible they've been there a while, but I look closely in the mirror every morning. I think I would have noticed them. My lips have been dry; so they maybe blood blisters. I will visit the doctor to find out more.

Are you sure you didn't have these dots before?

Upon close inspection on the mirror, I have dots on my lips.

Symptoms don't sound STD related. But see a Dr.
