Possible infection?

I had unprotected sex about 4 weeks ago for the first time in 20 years.  About two days after, I got a strong burning and itching.  3 days later, I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with a yeast infection.  14 days later I had symptoms again and went to the doctor again.  He said I still had a yeast infection and gave me more medicine.  My symptoms never went completely away and now I have some burning again.  I have had no bumps but I have one spot that is still red and irritated.  Could this be herpes or some other infection?  Is this too long a timeline?

Hello there. I had sex with a sex trade worker about a month ago. After 15 mins of sex the condom broke. I pulled out with in 5 seconds cause we both felt it broke. She finished me off with a hand job. I took a shower immediate after. I took a urine test a week after for bacteria cause I felt very little burning when I went pee. The test came back negative. I did not tell the doc about my in counter. I just told him about the little burning. He tested me for bacteria. Would this have covered sti testing? And how actuate would it be. I also took biaxin for my throat problem a week ago. Doc gave me 500mg pills twice a day for 5 days and I took a 2 day break then finished the last 2 days after cause I found out that I have to do all of them. Would this have cured anyt sti? Sorry for long question doc just want everything answered at once.

This is really bothering me and I dont know where to start. Iam in a steady relationship with my gf for the last five years, off late we had unprotected sex after which I noticed very small 3 boils in the urethra of my penis the next day. It hurt the first time when i went to pee, thats how I noticed it,after that these boils neither hurt nor itch.I have searched the entire web but i could not find anything relevant... There is no discharge, urine is clear, no fever or weakness at all I experienced was a frequent urge to pee. I consulted my family physician and he told me its some bacterial infection and if I had sex with a mensurating partner which is not the case. He has prescribed me Augmentin 375 and asked to complete my course. I do not have multiple sexual partners and I trust my gf. Iam very much depressed with what has happened to me. REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ADVISE WHAT IS WRONG. (These boils look like flesh boils in a circle with a flat area in the centre more like a ring worm) i noticed these on right lip in the urethra but it is on the left side too. Please help and advise.

Herpes doesn't really match the time frame, yeast is possible but it could also be gonorrhea and or chlymida.
Just the way you have had symptoms makes me think that it is probably yeast or maybe BV-but I am not too sure on the symptoms of that.
I would follow up with your Dr again and have an STD check to be safe.
