Protected Sex followed by erotic massage

I had a protected oral and vaginal sex with a csw on 4th Sep 2010. I was afraid of condom burst. So, used two condoms. But some articles say two condoms may cause friction resulting in condom slip or break. This deeply worries me. But to my knowledge, the condom was in good condition.
On 17th Sep 2010, I had a massage followed by hand job by the massager. After completing the massage, she wiped the sperm on my penis with a towel(which I am not sure whether new or used one.). She used the same towel to wipe some oil around my butt as well.
I feel like having a mild fever with mild headache from 20th Sep 2010.(that's the day I started worrying about the above activity)
What are the chances of getting STD or HIV due to the above?
