Protected sex - now odd wet feeling and red scrotum

I don’t know how to be precise but I’ll try not to be too long winded..... I had protected sex with a woman where I didn’t go soft afterwards so after a 10 minute break we started again with the same condom. The next evening I started to feel this odd warmth in my genital area. It has increased more and more over this past month. Also my butt cheeks feel wet all the time now. I have been freaked out since about a week after the sex since the conditions seem to get more and more as time goes on. My scrotum feels warm, looks pretty red, my butt crack also looks red, my butt cheeks feel warm and wet (but are not wet), and now – a month and a couple of days after the sex, my lips and chin are feeling sensitive to touch - like a sun burn.

About one week after the sex I get the UA test for Gonorrhea and chlamydia – both negative. About 3 1/2 weeks in I developed an irritation around my anus and had it tested for herpes – negative. That irritation went away two days later. Doctor said it was too early for a blood test for herpes. Today I developed a couple of small irritated bumps on the head of my penis without any pain or what looks like a cluster of blisters.

So now I am at a complete loss... Why do my butt cheeks feel wet all the time? Could it have been too soon for those tests? Could the herpes test have been negative in the butt area but should have been taken on the penis? IS there ANY STD that could cause these feelings? If no, what could it possibly be?

Thank you - M

Just thought I would give an update
It appears it is herpes.
Let me just say that condoms do not work as well as people think. I still got it.

The typical symptoms are not what everyone gets.
The "2 - 14 days is when symptoms show" is bunk - I got symptoms UNDER 24 hours.

I have never had a typical outbreak, just skin redness no blisters, but yet the blood test is positive.
Life really does s u c k.

The problem I have is my doctor is now thinking it is in my head. The problem is not mental. My doctor then discussed a test for MS when I insisted it isn't mental.

I want to know why this happened after the sex.... How do I get a fungal infection on my butt cheeks after sex with a woman? It''s not like if I was homosexual and had that sexual contact. I do have clotrimazole that I begged another doctor to prescribe that I've been using for about 1 and 1/2 days. I am hoping it does something!

we recommend protected sex for a reason - it works!!

this sounds far more like a fungal infection than any std going on. continue to follow up with your provider as needed for better answers.
