Rash under navel within an hour

Hi, I'm in Amsterdam and I had sex with a prostitute (window girl) in the red light district. We used a condom. Right afterwords I went straight back to my apartment and took a full shower where I noticed a rash under my navel. It's approximately two square inches in size. During the shower I felt it distinctly, and after the shower it has started to fade, but is still there. It doesn't itch. Is there any sort of STD symptom which can occur so quickly? Thanks.

I don't know what information you have seen about "some STDs only show symptoms after a re-exposure". That's not true. And no, STDs are rarely if ever transmitted by the indirect kind of contact you describe. Without actual penetrative sex, there is little or no risk for any STD.

Thank you very much!

that's what my common sense was telling me, I was also concerned because some of what I have read states that some STDs only show symptoms after a re-exposure .. In which case then I didn't know how fast those symptoms would appear. I guess not that fast.

It also occurred to me that in my lack of experience (as this was my first time) that I actually touched her body a lot, which probably isn't a concern other than that I also went inside her vagina with my hands, could I transmit an std by touching her vagina then touching my eyes (for example)?

No infection of any kind, including STDs, can cause symptoms of any kind in only an hour.  24-36 hours is the minimum. Anything that quick has to be a physical irritation or allergy. Whatever the cause, it isn't an STD from that event. See a doctor if it continues or if you remain concerned.

Best wishes.
