Really White Discharge.

Well as the title says 2 days after my second treatment for gonorrhea and chlamydia of 1g of azithromycin and 450mg of cefixime I woke up and went to the bathroom, curious about my infection I checked for any discharge, and when I squeezed I noticed that a very white, creamy milky, pus like discharge had come out. Now, I don't know whether I have or had chlamydia or gonorrhea I just assumed  since I had all the symptoms, that's why I took the medication. Does anybody know what could be the cause of this, I will be going to the doctor next week since I'll be back in the States, thank you
