Red, Non-Itchy Spots in Pub Area

About two weeks ago I shaved my pubic region with a regular razor. I did not have any itching or red spots that occurred within the following days, and this is normal. I had one night with a girl I met and we had oral sex, but not vaginal or any other kind. There was a lot of rubbing against each other with our bodies, but no penetration of any sort. After this night, within the following three to five days, I noticed no change in anything in my pubic region. After that week, I now have around 20 small red, non-raised and non-itchy spots on top of my pub area, and two bumps on my inside left thigh, one that is raised and slightly hurt painful when poked at. The red spots do not have any white tops, or show any signs of pimples. I haven't changed body wash, nor do I sit there and scratch my pubic region.
I am wondering if this is just a shaving rash, irritation, or something more serious that should be looked at?

Thanks for any help.

Just to update on this, I got it checked out and it was folliculitis.
Just got some free antibiotics and it looks great :)

Can't really say what it is, because bumps can be many things...irritation, fungial or even a STD. Best to see a Dr to let him/her see what it might be.
