Red bumps on penis after sex

Hi there.
My boyfriend got red bumps on the head of his penis the day after him and I had sex and they were itchy. It has happened once before when we hadnt seen each other for a while. It also happened after we had had sex. The bumps/rash disappeared after a few days and he didnt get the bumps again.. until now when we hadnt seen each other again for a few months. The red itchy bumps disappear within 4 to 5 days after his head went dry and a layer flaked off.
I have an appointment with the doc, but any info until then will be appreciated.

Yep, yeast infection. got some meds and hopefully we'll be all sorted!

Hi

The Bumps don't sound like herpes at all
They also don't sound like gential warts, and finally the don't sound like syphilis lesions either.

All good news, he should be seen by a physican/dermatologist the next time the bumps appear.

It sounds like a recurrent yeast infection on his part.    Either that or he's allergic to you.  
Let us know how you doctor visit went.
