Red bumps on penis and scrotum itchy body

First I notices red spot on my scrotum after having sex. They came and went for a while ( few months) during that period I didn't have sex. Then I met a new girl while giving oral sex she notice a bump on the head of my penis. This was about a week after we first had sex. After a few more weeks I got more. I became itchy similar to a poison ivy itch but not as constant. I itch on my inner thighs, butt, armpits, stomach.I showed a doctor he said it could be eczema (never had it before) Scabies (but unlikely because my partner didn't have it) Allergies (not in contact with new materials) or fungus I'm leaning toward fungus. Its about 2 months I've had this. He told me to put cetaphil lotion on. It temporarily helped with the itch but it was like adding fuel to the fire. I tried putting vinegar on it a few times a day. Burned like hell! but the sores dried up and healed. Then i got poison ivy and stopped doing the vinegar. Now the sores are back. The spots on my scrotum are back but now are bulging and filled with puss, but pretty small. I've had poison ivy on my penis a few times before and i can tell this isn't the poison ivy on my penis. The poison ivy is just about gone now. Now i'm doing the vinegar then shower then spraying salt water all over and air drying with a fan. I hope I'm doing the right thing. Thank you in advance for your help!

This has nothing to do with a STD. See a dermatologist or post in that community.
