Red painless bumps on pharyngeal wall

I have been with the same partner for almost 4 years now. We both are our first & only sexual partners. I'm usually really aware of my health. And sometime last month, I discovered red cobblestone bumps on my pharynx. They do not hurt at all. I also had some burning in my gum and tongue but that went away in a week. At first when I breathed, my pharynx felt irritating, but I had no trouble swallowing food. I got really worried so I was referred to an ENT doctor, he said it was just reflux laryngitis since he examined it with an endoscopy. So he prescribed me amoxicillin for 7 days which helped a little but the bumps never went away. Sometimes, I would experience bad chills with no fever at all especially when I sleep. They would come back one day & another day, I would feel normal. I also noticed one white small tonsil stone above one of my tonsils. Could this be oral gonorrhea or any type of STD?

Giving unprotected oral to a female is very low risk for any stds and zero for hiv. The bigger risk is giving a male oral.

I guess I am at a bigger risk since I am a female
So even if I am his first & only sexual partner, I'd still be at risk for unprotected oral?

Thank you so much, I just hope it did not cause HIV, oral herpes or syphilis or any contagious stds since they had partners before me

Because I've done unprotected oral with this current partner for almost 4 years. Does this put me at risk as well?

Hi its not a symptom of any std and i would agree with the doctors that its reflux also since both of you have not been with anyone else you cant contract any std including gono

Well I had 2 encounters in the past, but all we did was kiss and touched each other's genitals. No oral sex or anything else. Would that have caused it?
I assumed it would be since my symptoms sounded so similar to gonorrhea. I did a mouth swab and urine testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Waiting to hear back in about 2 weeks
