Red spots in Pubic hair area

About 2 -3 weeks ago I noticed some small red spots in my pubic hair and around my waist area (roughly in the same area that my boxers elastic sits). These spots are not on the shaft, only in the waist and pubic hair area. About a week after noticeing these spots they became more clustered in the pubic hair area. Last week I noticed that the spots were spreading not only to my pubic hair area but also to my inner/upper thigh area (just below the buttocks.) The spots do not have white heads and they do not burn or itch. I like to believe I have good hygiene, I shower at least once a day. I have been with only one partner for the last three years, when she is not on her cycle we have sex a couple times a week, and we do not us protection. Below are some pics of what I have going on.

We don't look at pics here, because none of us are doctors, and a diagnosis can't be made on a pic alone.

However, I'd wonder if you are having an allergic reaction to something, staph, or maybe molluscum.  Is there a reason you haven't been to the doctor yet?  You should, and should go soon since its spreading.
