Regrettable encounter in Amsterdam

Hello, I had two short and regrettable encounters with window girls (one may have been post-op TS) in Amsterdam. Approx 24 hours after the second encounter (36 from the first) I have began to experience burning and inflammation of my scrotum. The encounters included oral and penetrative sex with a condom. The burning is mainly in the scrotal area but I may have felt slight burning in the tip of my penis.  I haven't notice any penile discharge or noticeable burning with urination. I considered that it could be a yeast infection or contact dermatitis, though in a bit worried it could be HSV. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
