Right testicle pain sitting, burning at tip of penis

Hi

Recently had unprotected sex a week ago with a 41 year old lady, Two days
later felt a slight pain in my right testicle.

Pain was followed by the tip of my penis slightly burning at most times (but not any worse
or painful at all during urination).

I felt around down there and definitely felt a gland of some sorts that seemed enlarged (compared
to the left side) and was a little painful. The gland seems to come off the left side of the right testicle
and attaches to the inside shaft of the penis.

My scrotum on the right side is red and burns when I put a cortisone ointment on it too.

There really is not much pain to speak of, just the constant feeling of a smoldering feeling
down there on the scrotum and the slight presence of pain at the right testicle.

So, any ideas would be most helpful as I'm now worried sick.

Best idea is to see a Dr, test for gonorrhea and chlymida. Might also have been yeast or fungial.
