Risks of body contact in protected sex

Hello

I had a protected sex 2 days before with an escort girl. My questions may seem silly, but being first timer doing this, was paranoid.

1. Heard and read that even in unprotected sex, we may get in contact with stds like syphilis just with skin contact. I have kissed the girl nipples and touched her vagina. Are there any chances of being exposed?.
2. After the sex, I have touched the condom outer parts while taking it off and didn't wash my hands before dressing up and leaving. With me getting in contact with condom after sex, and not washing the hands and touching the other parts of my body, do I have chances of getting in touch with other infections from the girl liquids on the condom?
3. While removing the condom, will there be any chance of liquids on condom getting in contact with the penis and causing infection?

Will be waiting for the response

Your risks were extremely low. Syphillis is rare for hetero sex. If i were you i wouldn't be the least bit concerned

Thank you. If not syphillis, any other std else I should be watchful for symptoms or testing with bodily contact.

Can you give details on why Hetro sex makes it rare for syphillis. Not that I am questioning your knowledge, just reading more will give peace.
I also had a small cut on my leg that I could have got in touch with her fluids. Will that make it more risky.
Any response please?
