STD Fear - Mainly Anxiety?

I had protected vaginal sex with a prostitute about 11 weeks ago and have been freaking out ever since.  Here are my symptoms, which I think are mostly anxiety related.  Can anyone confirm/debunk that?

*  Around 3 weeks after the incident I became obsessed with frequent urination.
*  A few days after that my penis started aching at times, it usually isn't painful but just a sensation.
*  I have never had any pain while urinating.
*  No discharge.
*  The aching has been more or less there for about 7+ weeks now, sometimes it goes away for a little bit but then comes back.
*  Seems to be better when I am well-hydrated.
*  I had negative tests for syphilis, chlymidia, and gonorrhea.

Is this just my body telling me I have to urinate and I am over-analyzing it into something else?  Or is there really something there?  I think about it all of the time, so I am obsessing about it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Thanks again for the reassurance.  There weren't any issues with the condom, I'm just taking this to the extreme.

You used a condom, therefore you really can't get trich, unless the condom broke or came off.  As I am not a male, I can't really say what the feeling of "discomfort after urination" is, but its probably some burning or irritation.

For a male, herpes in the urethra HURTS.

It sounds as if you are really anxious about this, and your tests are proving that you aren't infected, but if you must, get a urine test done for trich and NGU, but trich is really hard to diagnose in men.  You should have white blood cells though, if you have an infection in your urethra.

But your tests will be negative, I'm sure.  You used a condom.

Sorry, I will stop wasting your time but just want to ask one more question.  None of what I am feeling are signs of NGU, Trich, or Herpes?

* NGU - probably would've seen discharge I would think.
* Trich - I think it was the "minor discomfort after urination" that I have read about that started freaking me out and obsessing.  What exactly does that mean?  Most males don't have symptoms but the ones that do have discharge mainly and some discomfort, right?
* Herpes - If I had it in the urethra it would be painful on urination from what I have read, I don't have urination pain.  Also I wouldn't think the sensation would have stuck around for 7+ weeks.

Thanks again.

Thanks for the response.  I just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something.  I tend to be obsessive about things and I think I am in overdrive here.  I'll try to stop thinking about it so much and hopefully things just sort of go back to normal.

I think you are overanalyzing (way overanalyzing, really), and your tests show this.  You used a condom, and condoms do work.
