STD/HIV Possibility

Hello
Approximately 85 days ago I had a protected vaginal sexual encounter with a sex worker in Dubai. Ever since then I have had serious anxiety regarding HIV and STDs. The condom was intact throughout the whole encounter as my semen was inside the condom after the encounter. Around 2 months ago I have developed swollen lymph nodes behind my ear accompanied by some pain. I was frequently swimming and vigorously cleaning my ears with cotton buds at the time. I visited an ENT doctor and he said that I had Otitis Externa and that the lumps are nothing to worry about. He prescribed Zinnat for me and since then the lumps have gone down in size but they are still there. So doctor I was to ask you about the chances that these symptoms could be of HIV or other STDs? And also what are the chances that I have contracted HIV or another STD?

I responded to you in the wrong forum. But I can tell you that based on your adventure the swollen lymph nodes have nothing to do with HIV since you were not exposed to the virus.

If that is what your sexual adventure was then you do not have HIV.
Chnances of having caught HIV based on what you posted, zero!
For other STD's you"ll  have to post in the appropriate forum.
