STD chance in a short less than 20 secs unprotected blowjob?

Hi, I went to a massage parlour and got a blowjob from the masseuse which i presume sexually active in her mid 30s. At first the blowjob lasted with a condom on all the way but she licked my testes too. Then I wanted to have a feel about what is the difference, so I took the condom off and she gave me oral sex without the condom for just a mere maybe 20 seconds or lesser before she gave me a hand job and I ejaculated. We did not have sex nor did I give her oral sex at all. So the only unprotected part I had was the mere 20 seconds. I know I made a mistake and I should have never took the condom off.

Can someone advise me on my risk level on STI/STD? As I read that some like herpes can get transferred by saliva? I’m not too sure.

Is transmission always 100% per contact if she has anything?

Hi, if she did not have any lip sores at the time your risk for herpes is close to zero and gono would not be any issue. really low risk activity an nothing to be concerned about unless you have a long term partner.
