STD concern

Ok so I had an encounter and about three weeks ago protected vaginal and unprotected oral this woman seemed to be in pain from it. Almost immediately after we were done I noticed some genital itching at first I thought maybe it was lice. The itching has persisted until now with periods of getting better and worse, I've also had extra fatigue.

I noticed two really small pimple looking things on my upper thigh totally painless and I've also noticed some brown spots on my arms their quite small.

Is it possible to get syphilis from protected sex or unprotected oral and is 3 weeks to early to get a secondary syphilis rash? I understand not everyone gets a chancre but seeing as this woman was in pain makes me worry about an STD. I feel I have herpes but I really didn't get proper blisters or sores so who knows I guess I'll have to get the antibody bloodtest in a couple months to know for sure if I have it or not.

Thanks for your response. I know this isn't what you're supposed to do but I had doxycycline lying around as I've had skin issues in the past and still do.  So I started taking it on Friday night I need to feel better ASAP. From what I read 20 days at 200mg should have ms cured in 43 days if indeed I do have it if not I'm just helping my skin.

I still should get the syphilis test and for sure I'll get the herpes test and abstain for now.

Hi

It is possible to get syphilis from protected sex; the risk is even lower for unprotected oral.

Get a syphilis test in 3 weeks for it to be conclusive.
Get a herpes test in 2 months and one week for it to be conclusive.

I noticed a small brown spot that I'm fairly certain wasn't in my pubic area before, as well as one on my stomach as well but I'm unsure if that might be just a birthmark. Some on my chest shoulders and upper back area that seem to have come out of no where...

I'm really battling fatigue as I mentioned barely any energy to get out of bed.
