STD from body to body message?

Today I had a body to body massage for the first time with a Thai therapist.

Initially she gave me a HJ and after ejaculation she gave me a body to body oil massage. I washed out the cum before she started the body to body oil message. She was wearing a disposable underwear and I was not.  She was grinding on me and I'm not sure if my penis head had contact with her vaginal discharge through her underwear.  I had to end the massage because of the paranoia and took a shower after 5 minutes. No penetration or kiss or oral sex was involved. The massage involved oil and she was applying oil on my penis.

Now I'm extremely worried whether any STDs could transfer because of that. Would HIV be transmitted by body to body massage? Should I be worried and get it tested?
