STD question

I had a protected sex with a prostitute on 28th april. Next day I got itching sensation on tip of my penis. After two days I went to a doctor(Urology) as i was having itching and burning sensation(mild).  Doctor advised me to use Canestea and Fucidine cream twice a day. As per his prescription I also took one tablet of Diflucan 150 mg once and then ten day course of Doxycycline tab and Nigazole tab (each 500 mg twice a day).

After applying the cream my itching and burning sensation is gone. I had some white tiny boils(seeds on penis) which are also gone but now i am having red spots on that place.

On 14th May I did blood (For HIV HSV syphills) and urine routine test for any UTI infection.

Doctor said that all reports are normal and there is nothing to worry.

I am still sometime having itching on tip of penis and sudden mild pain and discomfort in right testicle.

Do I have to worry for that??

are there still any chances I have STD ??

Please reply I m worried??
