Hello doctors,

Firstly thank you for this resource, I have read countless pages of info that have proved seemingly invaluable to others, I hope you can help me. 11 days ago I visited a massage parlour and had drunken sex with one of the girls. The club was in Edinburgh, Scotland. I received protected oral sex, I gave her unprotected cunnilingus whilst fingering her at the same time. I came a little during her oral on me but I retained my erection and proceeded to have vaginal sex with her without changing the condom. I realised what a mistake I was making and we stopped having sex. I then came down with flu like symptoms and my testicles are slightly sore as is my lower back.

I'm completely petrified of my situation, I have not slept for over a week with worry and I have a cintinously dry mouth.

I am awaiting my STD test results, taken after 10 days. This includes a pcr HIV test.

initially I was most scared of HIV but from the other forum I understand this is not an issue for me and that I shouldnt worry. My attention has now turned to other possible stds and the chances i have become infected? Are my symptoms a sign of anything or is my anxiety getting the better of me?

Please help,

William

I just wanted to update everyone that may potentially read this thread. I received my test results back today - both my urine and blood tests came back clear. My HIV RNA pcr test also came back clear at a completely normal level. I know I'm not completely clear as yet but I have a weight lifted off my shoulders and feel much better. My advice is to get tested and learn from your mistakes. Stay safe everyone and god bless.

Appologise, I was citing my testicle pain as a possible STD symptom? This doesn't seem like a symptom in your opinion? Once again I'm sorry for being rude, i think the stress is getting to me.

And I said symptoms do not sound like a STD. Then you asked about your testicles. If it was a STD related question then see what I had already said.

Thank you for your reply. My testicles have been feeling uncomfortable on and off all day. Any ideas or suggestions about what I should do or what it could be?

No symptoms do not sound like a STD.

Thank you for your reply. I had blood taken and gave a urine sample, no oral swab? Do my symptoms suggest anything? I was concerned that if I caught another STD it would enable HIV to infect at the same time? Thank you for your help.

this is not the doctor's forum. you have to pay to post there.

you were barely at risk for any std's from this. Protected oral sex is no risk. Protected sex is very low risk. you performing unprotected oral is very low risk also.

The only std testing you had that was accurate at this point was chlamydia and gonorrhea. Did you also get an oral swab done?
