STD risk

I was masturbating with another guy and he reached over and rubbed the tip of my penis.  It happened so quick and I was like what the heck.  Im not sure if he did it with the hand he was masturbating himself with or not, so dont know if any "precum", bodily fluids, etc was on his hand.  But, I think he licked his thumb, then reached over and rubbbed the tip of my penis, that had precum on it.
I am going to assume he did it with the hand he was just masturbating with as i dont know and that he possibly had precum, exposure to anything (std) he may have on his hand, and saliva.

My question is, by him doing this, am I at risk of acquiring any STD he may have....ie herpes, chlymida, ghonna, etc.?

I seem to have a bit of a tingling/burning sensation in the tip of my penis, but not sure if it is in my head, or if i simply have a UTI from exposure to some bacteria.

Any thoughts here as it is really freaking me out.

Still having a burning sensation in tip of penis....are you positive this activity caused no risk?
Even if he was masturbating himself and has an STD, then used same hand to touch my penis?
