STD symtpoms

PLEASE i need some input on the questions below.

1 - a very itchy rash on the body except the face and neck, 10 days after the fellatio that lasted for 6 days and some pimples had some kind of liquid on the inside. ( I developped this rash after going to the beach, and I think I had taken Azithromicin 1 mg a day before, do not know if it can also be related to these)  Could the rash have been related to an STD? if yes which?

2 - I was also urinating a lot and had mild discomfort on the legs and for a while and some discomfot on the left testicule. Now I do not have these symptoms. does this mean that it is ok? is a urine analysis and culture sufficient to diagnose a Non-specific Urethritis? or do I need a urethral swab?

I tested for all the usual STDs and HIV

Thanks very much  for your help

is it necessary to have a discharge? I read that men can have NGU with no symptoms

But I would like you to tell me please if a urine sample test would detect an NGU.

Many thanks

No it would be the same as long as you were tested for STD's as you said you were.
