STI/STD from nude grinding

A few nights ago I ended up fooling around with a girl from a bar. Although I didn't have sex with her I know it is still possible to receive an STD through nude grinding. The fact is, she was wet and although my penis wasn't covered in her fluids (in fact I don't think hardly of her fluids got on my penis) I would like to know how possible it is that I may have gotten something from that encounter.

Am I worrying too much about it? This is the first time I've gone out to a bar and picked up a random girl to fool around with. The grinding didn't last very long either, for a couple of minutes maybe at the most. I do not know if that makes a difference.

In a similar matter, after that night my penis now has a small pimple like bump on it. Was it just a crazy coincidence that I have a pimple the night after or is there some other explanation? I know STD's typically take weeks to months before showing signs and symptoms so I realize that I might be just a bit paranoid.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

this is very low risk. we don't recommend any testing from it.

no, a newly acquired std won't show  symptoms that quickly.
