Should I get tested for STDs again?

About 5-6 months ago, I made a mistake and had unprotected oral sex performed on my by someone I didn't know, although I know she's had multiple partners. I also want to mention that she was very rough with my penis, squeezing to the point of pain.

Days later I began to have an odd sensation in my penis - I had seen it called having "more awareness" online. I had an itching and burning sensation in and along my penis - not when I urinated but just in general. There was also some aching in my penis. No other obvious symptoms - no sores or discharge. Might be some discoloration, but I can't be sure.

I freaked out, waited for 15 days, and got tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia at a local clinic. I also got impatient and visited my doctor, who took a urine sample for other infections (I assume) and checked by prostate. Everything came back clean.

Well, I still get these pains and burning sensations from time to time. Sometimes after sex.  I'm currently going through one of these patches. No other symptoms really, just this odd feeling and aching/burning.
Should I get tested again or for another STD like syphillis or HSV-2 (I have HSV-1)?
Would her rough play with my penis cause this trouble, even months later?
Would my diet be a factor (too much Coke, beer ,etc)?
Or is this all in my head?

Thanks for any help.

I've had herpes in my urethra, it's not something I'd ever describe as an ache as well as urination felt like something I should've been screaming about.

continue to follow up with your provider when you have symptoms to try to get to the bottom of things.

Actually, that is how it was: pain (almost like an ache) with some burning sensations (but not when I urinate) and itching which occurred for several days but now feels better.

no, herpes pain will be constant and for several days.

Could this pain (with burning and itching) be a symptom of an outbreak of herpes, just without the sore?

avoiding caffeine, alcohol and spicy foods is often helpful.

continue to be seen by your provider when you have active symptoms to try to get to the bottom of things.
