Signs and testing periods

I am a week shy of the 90 days mark after my questionable encounter (thorough cunnilingus on a female).
I Rapid tested about a month after (mouth paddle) negative and then at about 9-10 weeks ELISA blood test, negative BUT I had lots of symptoms for about two weeks about three to four weeks after exposure. On the last test, I scored negative for syph/gon STDs as well. The weight that I lost I have regained, still short of what I weighed before and aside of a mild recurring sore throat and occasional swollen lymph node in my neck, the onlu symptom that plagues me is night sweats. I do plan to retest next week (12 weeks) for a more conclusive answer.

Now I am worrying that I could have gotten TB because the sweats linger. My reason for worry is that I am diabetic and have a blood disorder so my immune system is already compromised.

I also had a doc give me seven days of DOXY just in case I picked up oral Chlamydia.

What i am wondering is, if a person exhibits all the signs and symptoms during the normal time, that suddenly disappear, how likely is it that they will NOT test positve for HIV?  -- AND IF THEY DON'T (TEST POSITIVE)
what in the heck is it that a person has???

If you had true HIV symptoms your test would be positive about 1 week after symptoms. You have a 10 week negative test, you don't have HIV. Any further HIV questions please post in the HIV forum.

I know oral lessens the risk and believe me, I have had some anxiety but only after the two weeks of symptoms that stopped all of a sudden (just like the CDC and every other educational source tells you).

I had every symptom but thrush, high fevers and rash so - that alone - I felt reason for concern.

I do appreciate your complete confiedence that testing is a waste of time based on the circumstances of my contact and if it wren't for the two weeks that involved vomiting, diarreah, night sweats, and swollen lymph nodes, I could probably write the idea off easily myself.

we don't even recommend std testing from performing oral on a partner. you've had no real symptoms of a std either.  sounds like anxiety more than anything.

no reason for any hiv testing or any other std testing at this point.
