Single bump on lower shaft, STI?

About a 10 days ago a a woman and I were together. No sex, but we each performed oral sex and there was a lot of genital contact. A day or two after, I noticed this one slightly reddish bump on the lower part of my shaft, near the scrotum. It seemed like a pimple, so after soaking it I "popped it" and it acted like a pimple (a little yellowish-white fluid came out). It was not and is still not itchy. At the same time, an itchy patch of rash appeared on the inside of my thigh/groin area, which could also just be a heat/contact rash. The single bump has not spread but it hasn't resolved itself either. I'm attempting to treat the inner thigh rash with baby powder right now. Do I have anything to be worried about/should I get checked?

Hi your symptoms are not std related, they would be more of a white discharge and urethra discomfort. As for herpes, it would be to soon for a sore to develop. If your concerned see a doctor.
