Small bumps on penis

Hi,

I'm 27. Recently many tiny bumps appeared on the shaft and base of my penis. They are very small and don't have any special color. Mostly invisible without erection. There is more of them close to the base, but quite a few are on the shaft as well. They look like the bumps where hair follicles are, except they appear in places where there is no hair. There is no itching or swelling and no discharge. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure they weren't there a few weeks ago.

Does this sound like warts?

Thanks.

That's what I figured. It's been exactly a week since they showed up. I think I'm just going to accept it.

The doctor said this looks normal.

Are these normal? Even if they appeared out of nowhere?

These seem like typical cysts on penis shaft.

Tell us how your doctor visit goes. I'm curious to know since I have the same exact issue.

I had the same issue pop on Friday. I'm close to your age, so naturally I freaked out. I went to the STD clinic and the nurse said it looks normal. Dr.HHH said those bumps are normal. They're just hair follicles. At least that's what I've determined from reading tons of posts and sites on the web.

this sound completely normal since you can't see them unless you have an erection. if you think they could be something more, see your provider for a proper exam.
