Small parallel red bumps with indents /slits on the head of penis?

I have recently noticed 2 small red bumps with indents or slits in the middle... no bleeding, discharge, itching, anything, just irritating a little when touching inside of my boxers. Just noticed them today, obviously making me think 101 terrible things.. I have had unprotected oral with a 2 women in the past 2 months.  Not sure if I am able to post a picture which would help.. but do not see how to on here

Hi topical raised bumps with a "dent" in the middle could be Molluscum Contagiosum. the dent is the typical tell tale sign. these are not considered and std but can be contracted by even using a towel at a health club. im not saying that this is what they are but the word "dent" in the middle is why i mention this. They can be easily removed. Have your doc check this out.
