Small red bump

I have a small red bump at the top of my crotch area, but it's not itchy or painful and it's the only one I have. It's kind of like a zit I think but I'm just not sure. I'm really worried about what it might be, so if anybody could help out it would be much appreciated.

The best way to find out what it is for sure is to go to the doctor and get it looked at. From the way you're describing, it's possible it could just be an ingrown hair. They're not painful at first, but they can be after a few days. Everyone gets one at some point. It's not an STD or anything, though.
