Some concerns I have

So recently went to a massage parlour.
My concerns are
* my underwear had fallen to the floor when I was redressing my self - the concern being any bodily fluids that it could have picked up and transferred to my genitals when putting them back on.
* could not see her hands so not sure if any cuts- as there was a lot of rubbing of my glans I'm concerned that my urethral opening was subjected to potential risk.
* I also licked and sucked her nipples.

Any advice Would be greatly appreciated

Thankyou for the reply. I assume that the pimple isn't an issue for anything? I apologise for the question, but I think a lot of my issues are from stress and disappointment in myself.

After it for the past 5 days I have noticed a urgency to go To the bathroom more often, and the tip feels irritated but lacks any redness, or the discharge of bacterial infection nor the pain during urination that typically accompanies symptomatic chlamydia, gonorrhoea etc
