Some penile discharge and pain. Can this be Herpes?

I slept with a prostitute with a condom and a week later, I started feeling pain in the head of the penis.  I later started have burning and some itching.  I even felt some soreness in my testicles.  About 2 weeks after that, I had a little bit of yellow discharge when having a bowel movement.  And then a week after that, had some white/cloudy discharge when having another bowel movement.  I got tested 3 weeks later and everything came back negative.   It's been 5 weeks since it has happened, but I still have these symptoms.  Since I was protected, the only thing I can think of having is Herpes, and since I've read 3 weeks is too early for an accurate results, I'm really nervous that's what I have.  Could it be anything else?

definitely follow up on this for a more thorough work up. get a prostate exam done at this point and they might want to repeat your urine testing too just to err on the side of caution.

most of this sounds like it's a fungal infection causing itching more than anything.

many things besides std's cause prostatitis and you've already been tested for std's.

Thank you for responding Grace!  No they did not do a prostate exam, but the more I'm researching, the more it sounds like I have prostatitis.  What's making me nervous is that I started getting these symptoms a week after sleeping with a prostitute, so I have to believe that it's caused by some type of STD that's causing the prostatitis.  I worry everyday what I have because if I did catch an STD, then I'm capable of catching any STD, such as HIV or Hepatitis.  

Here are my full line of symptoms:
-mild pain at the head of the penis
-some burning, tingling and itching in the penis opening/urethra
-some soreness and itchiness in testicles
-some discharge, but only 3 times, each from having bowel movement
-I also feel some burning/itching around the anus
-Of course, some fatigue and loss of appetite most likely caused by plent of stress and anxiety.  

I also have HPV (Genital Warts from many years ago) and am uncircumsized, so these increase the risk of catching something.  I also shaved my genitals the day of me having sex, so I fear there may have been some really minor cuts, although I never did notice any.  The fact that I was drinking that night also makes me nervous that my blood was thin, causing more of a chance that something got into my bloodstream???  Again though, I did wear a condom, but all these other factors are making me nervous.  Is it possible that my anxiety/stress is causing this pain and I'm just creating it from my mind?
