Someone please help! Aldara cream mishap!

I have recently started to use Aldara cream for the removal of genital warts. I thought that this was a simple treatment and followed the doctors orders of applying only 3 times a week. What was not mentioned was the fact that I should wash the cream off after a certain period of time, I assumed that the cream should be left until fully absorbed.
This in hindsight was possibly one of the worst decisions I have ever made. My penis has become extremely sore, swollen and is excreting fluids previously unimaginable. Obviously this is the result of a chemical burn and is extremely unpleasant and embarrassing. I am very much hoping that I will start to notice healing of the skin in a few days and an improvement of the pain leading to a full recovery and my manhood restored to its former glory. This seems like a far fetched dream right now though I have to admit.

The question I would like to pose though is if there is anyone out there who can recommend some kind of way to reduce the healing time or decrease the discomfort during healing I would be eternally grateful. I am too embarrassed to turn to anyone on this one. Thank you in advance.

I agree.  You need some medical attention, and why are you embarrassed?  Your doctor didn't tell you how to use it properly - that's on him, not you?

Good luck, and let us know what happens, ok?

Go to your Dr. This is not a question for here, you are seriously hurt from what you described and need medical attention.
