Sore testicles, burning feet, furry tongue. Testing negative. What could I have?

I had protected sex with a woman on new years, two months ago. However, I gave her unprotected oral vaginal sex. Three days later i got many cold sores around my mouth and on my lips. I even got one in between my fingers! (Never happened to me before). I got a sore throat and sore lymph nodes under my jaw. I also got a furry tongue that was usually a light yellow color. All signs of my body trying to fight an infection.

4-5 days later my right testicle on this day asw EXTREMELY SORE with pain feeling like blue balls for 24 hours straight. Tried masturbating but it didn't help after releasing. It seemed to calm down a bit after 24 hours but it still seemed off and I could feel it, it didn't feel normal. I also started getting burning feet and hands. With tingly itchy feelings through my whole body.

About 1-2 weeks later I suffer extreme fatigue. Like very horrible fatigue, tiredness and drowsiness. I struggle to stay awake during the morning at work. Usually gets better around 12-1 PM.

2 months since possible exposure I still have burning feet/hands, I still have testicular pain that is 24/7 (though more sore at times than others), i still have a furry tongue and my fatigue/weakness is killing me slowly. I barely have the energy to keep my eyes open at work even after sleeping 8 hours daily.

I know I still have the infection because i'm still dealing with the same side effects and they don't seem to be going away.

I went to the doctor and tested negative for chlamydia/gonorrhea 8 days after exposure, HIV and Syphilis 2 months after exposure.

Advice?

Found out nothin. Still same symptoms. Managed to convince doc to give me doxycycline for travel but in reality I'm just taking it to try and clear anything.
Ever get any results? 10 months later I’m still dealing with symptoms

Hi since you used a condom and did not receive oral sex from her nothing could get inside your penis to cause testi infection so its most likley an injury from the act itself. mouth issues could be fungal related.
Burning hands and feet are not an std symptom

Not true, from what I have been reading herpes can cause a slew of neurological problems.
