Spread of HSV & HPV

I have one single genital wart (there were 2, I think?) in my pubic hair area; anyways...I sometimes shave my pubic area but I usually use hair cutting blades to trim it, and of course sometimes the wart bleeds from getting cut or the skin around it does...but me, being an idiot also trim my face w/ the same blade right after, and accidently cut my lip and other areas of skin. Will I now get HPV on my lip/face or no due to the warts being in my genital region and those strands of HPV only occurring down there. I did get 2 small purple (what i think were warts) on my lips, but that could have been my imagination.

The same question goes for herpes. sometimes when i have coldsores i will shave my face w/ the blades, cut the coldsore, then directly use the blade on my penis shaft and pubic area; I did get a red bump w/ a red straight line going right thru it...very sore, but this could have been a pimple. i know that having hsv orally gives me strong immunity against hsv1 infection genitally, but in regards to my situation, is it different?

I know that ppl say  "people with immune deficiencies" obviously don't have enough immunity to fight stuff...but what if i have a cold or a bad parasitic infection or use immunosuppressant creams for a rash? do those things lower my immunity to such an extent that i have no immunity against hsv1 genitally or hpv orally and on the face?

There is not much we can do here. Go and see your Dr. You don't even have a diagnosis.

Oh great...like I said, I use the blades on other places too. I used it yesterday to shave my pubic area, and directly after used in on my head to cut my hair...and today my head is stinging and burning a bit...hpv? herpes?

you aren't even sure what you have genitally so no way for us to guess if you spread it to your face or not.

go and be seen and get a proper work up done and go from there.

you shouldn't use the same razor on your face that you use on your pubic area either. can you spread your hsv1 infection to the genital area as you asked? well it's very low risk but still not a good idea to use the same razor on both locations.

immunosuppressant creams like topical steroids or elidel type ointments aren't going to lower your immune system in general .

Thank you, but does this sound like a wart(s) to you? Also, can you please answer my original questions? Thank you :)

I would follow up with your dermatologist at this point. Since you don't have a diagnosis of warts these bumps can be many things.

Well no, but I was w/ someone who had what I think we warts and it was dark and I rimmed him for a second, but those went away quickly and I continued to rim him therafter, but there may have been one left. I also believe there was one on hiss "butt-cheek" and another one grew in a couple of weeks later. My penis did rub on these two w/o a condom on. We had sex once (protected) but during this time he sat and rubbed his butt on my pubic area so I think from that, they transmitted there :/ I noticed the bump when I was looking at a heat rash I had from my jeans, but it wasn't from the rash bc it was the only bump I noticed that looked different. I showed the dermatologist and he said if it gets bigger to come back, but I picked it off...and every now and then I see the bump still, or the scar from it and it tingles/stings/itches sometimes, so I wonder if it's growing back :/ it was flesh colored (pinkesh), shiny and cauliflowered looking. I don't know if my mind is making me over react or if I have a real concern, lol

Have you been diagnosed with HPV? It sounds like your just guessing because if it was a wart why not get it removed?

I'd like to add that recently it's been stinging/tingling/burning feeling where the thing on my lip was (what i think is a wart)...but idk if it's related. The thing there started on my upper lip and then spread directly under it to my lower lip
