Hello...

I mad a stupid mistake and when to a prostitute a week ago.  She says she only meets her regular 4 guys and I was just someone new she took a chance on.  She says she gets tested every month and she wouldn't be doing this if she was ever exposed.  All her guys are repeat customers and an std has never been an issue.

So, naturally I'm freaked out as I am about stds..so I hit good old google and start researching.  Like anything sickness you think you have you start 'feeling' symptoms.  I swear I was feeling something on the tip of my penis; I can't tell if it's burning or stinging or what.  There is no pain when I urinate, but I swear I'm going every hour.  There is no discharge or anything except after I pee there is always a couple drips and come out and in your underwear and you feel that 'wet' spot.  So,I swear something is discharging.

I went to my local clinic and spoke to a nurse a day after it happened and she said that I'm probably fine due to I have no cuts or anything on my penis. I went ahead an scheduled a std screening, but that isn't for a couple days yet.

What are my odds of being infected with anything in this scenerio?  I met with a prostitute and just masturbated a few years ago and felt all these same symptoms in fear I caught something running down her leg or whatever....so I am fully aware that I am  exaggerating 'normal' body functions and turning them into something they are probably not.

Basically 2 and a half weeks ago I had protected oral me protected sex with a escort, which I immediately regretted. Had same symptoms as you cold penis tip, feeling that my penis is leaking/dripping but when I check its completely dry, now I can't stop urinating and when I do I get a leak afterwards, only urine but it leaks, also I can feel a slight burning but not when urinating just generally throughout the day, went to docs after 8 days took chlamydia and gon tests games back negative, but still have these symptoms constantly but I can't stop thinking about it so think this maybe the problem? Also I have no discharge but when I look inside my urethra it looks like a clear wet substance in there, do you have this? Could be normal for everyone I'm not sure to be honest, let me know

I recommend stop looking for things. If you have uncontrolled anxiety see a therapist.

I will say again, I highly doubt you have anything. Oh and it's not herpes.

So, I met with my family doctor at 4 weeks since my huge mistake.  I went in for stomach issues (I've had for years; believed to be IBS or something like that), dull aching pain in my testicles, and a slight irritation of my penis tip (not red or anything, but feelings tingly, like it was rubbed a little raw..and that comes and goes).

So, I was tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and for a Uti..and they came up negative as expected.  I had a multitude of blood tests run seeing as I haven't seen a doctor in years.  A whole blood panel was done; cholesterol, tested for kidney functions...and few others I don't remember.  All, came up normal.  I had a ultrasound of my testicles and the tech doing it didn't see anything out of order, but I'm still waiting for my doctor to call back about that.  I was also given a prostate exam and found that my prostate is very enlarged.

So, I was put in 100mg doses twice a day of doxycycline hyclate and I have been taking that since 4/08.  Now; late on 04/09 I noticed a sore under my penis head.  Kinda like if you rub your penis too hard or something.  I barely noticed it as it's right under the head and it does hurt when it's touched...as it's under the head its constantly being rubbed either on my underwear or on the penis itself as the penis expands or contracts.  It's not red or raised..it has a 'wet' look I suppose and it almost unnoticeable.  I've had these from too much friction or whatever over the years from masturbation or rubbing, but I haven't been doing any of that in a couple weeks.  The only thing I can think of is that I started a new circuit training program on 04/08 and it's left my legs like jello and due to my chronic stomach issues I tend to go to the bathroom 5 times a day...and I'ts been hard standing up of the toilet or even just wiping.  I know my penis has been rubbing against the underside of the toilet seat probably more so than normal, but due to the unprotected oral I received (again for only a few seconds) I naturally believe I have contracted herpes.

I've tried to find a something to compare what I have on the internet without much luck...as all pics on the net show pimple like herpes or puss filled lesions.  

Sorry, for adding more to my post...but of course I had come up with more symptoms to add on.

i am getting into similiar situations i.e. deciding having a sexual adventure, stop thinking, regreting it afterwards, start getting paranoid about it, looking in the internet about risks, asking questions in forums, getting tested with negative results, promising not doing it again and after a few months or years... booooom again and going through the same scenario.

not sure how i can get treated, or what this is... must be psychologic issues I assume.

Stop looking at the net and filling your head with worry, Worst place to look and too much confusing information. Best place is to speak to a healthcare professional at your local clinic. I can see it is causing you anxiety and stress. I been in your situation before and believe me it does make you go STD symptom crazy after reading the articles. My advice and it worked for me is to stop googling STDs on the net and carry on with your life, The tests are negative. Ensure regular testing every 6 months if your sexually active person and have different partners.

Also...should I get a Ngu test?  Although from what I read that is caused by Claymidia or Gon. so if I don't have those I shouldn't have contracted Ngu.  Is that correct?

So, 7 days after exposure I had a full panel Std test (tested for 8 Stds).  Urine for Clamydia and Gon; and blood drawn for Syph, Hiv, herpies 1 and 2, hep. a and b and they all came back negative.  

I was wondering how reliable the test would be after just 7 days?  

3 weeks later; I can tell that I have no discharge, but the head of my penis gets cold and makes is feel like I have to urinate a lot and feels like I'm leaking.  I've noticed a slight pain in my testicles over the last 2 days on a off, but no swelling (at least they don't look swollon).  I made a appointment with my doctor for next week; so that would be 4 weeks..to go over they symptoms that have been bothering me.  

I have no other issues; no spots or chancre sores or anything.  

Would a cold penis head and/or a dull testicle pain be any Std symptoms.  There is just so much information on the internet and a lot of contradicts it's hard to know really what to look for or what to ignore.

I really hope to find out that this is all in my head; there have been a couple times I've been busy and didn't notice any issues at all and when I wake up in the morning I don't notice anything either.  So, this (hopefully) tells me I'm just being crazy.

Really no reason to test or think you have a STD. Suggestion, don't go to a hooker.
