Still having urethra issues

Hi,

Just a follow up to my previous question.  It has now been 181 days since my encounter. I am still having issues with my urethra and meatus. My meauts is inflamed and red. Almost everyday on my approximate 3rd urination of the day my urethra feels like it is burning. Not in the morning or before I go to bed.
In the morning it looks like the redness is gone, but the inflammation is still a bit pronounced. During the day it seems like it has gets redder and more inflamed.

I have been tested for chlamydia/gonnohrea (twice), trich (through pcr swab), hiv, syphillis. I have had a urinalysis done, blood work done, swab of my glans to check for fungus/yeast, and a culture of my urine. Everything has come back clean. From what I can tell by looking in my urethra, there are no growths or anything. But not being a doctor i'm not sure. I've had my family gp look inside and he said it's a bit inflamed but hasn't said anything about growths either.

My family doctor from a few months ago put me on lamisil pills/cream stating that it was yeast and can't be anything else. The pills I found helped a lot, and I don't have as much of the sensation as I did before, but after 2 weeks on the pills/cream the pain still occurs.

Previous girl has said she had been tested for stds (before we had intercourse, and had slept with no one until me) and her tests had come up clean. At her last appointment they tested her for trich which came up clean as well. She says she has never had a wart or a pap that has come back irregular. Also, she points out that anyone she has slept with after us has not had a problem either.

I have an appointment with a urologist coming up, but was wondering if anyone knew of anything I should be tested for or what else it could possibly be? Could it be a form of urethral HPV? I have had quite a lot of anxiety, depression, guilt over this. I really don't want to give something to someone else, and have basically holed myself up. I really am quite scared.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see this has no relation to a STD.
