Stinging sensation in my anus.

So I wasn't sure whether to post this in the Dermatology forum or STD forum (seeing as I have history with an STD). But lately I have been having this stinging in my anal area. I have had anal warts (HPV) and had a surgery to have them removed. Since then I have not had any flair ups with warts--just occasional bleeding when having a large or larger than usual bowel movement (During my healing after the wart removal surgery, i was given a cream to apply to the effected area and advised to use TUCKS wipes--i stopped that treatment a couple weeks in because of the pain that occured during application.) Anyway, that was months--almost a year--ago. Recently within the year Ive been more sexual active with anal sex. Not too much because the pain was still there. Only recently within the week have I been having this problem. There are no polyps/warts, no discharge, no cuts (that i can notice) nothing. Just the stinging pain--comparable to if I wiped with glass fiber. I keep checking to see if anything pops up but nothing does. And when I search "Anal Stinging" all that comes up is anal fissures...and its not that. If anyone can please help me out with some sort of explanation...it would greatly be appreciated.

We are not going to be able to give you any kind of real answer, no one online is. You would need to see a Dr and get an exam done.
