Stupid Choices

For a few months now I have made some bad choices. I decided to meet up on 5 seperate occasions with other men from CL who were into mutual masterbation. In each encounter there was mutual touching but no kissing, penetration etc, just hands only and I was brought to orgasim by two of the individuals. However, after this last encounter I got really freaked out and now I am really nervous about getting an STD. I thought this was a safe activity as I am in a long term monogomus relationship and have a deep fear I brought something home. I went to the Dr's two days after my last encounter and got tested and everything came back negative but he wants me to get tested again in 3 months. But now my nerves are shot and I just dont know if Im over inspecting myself and thinking about it too much, each time I urinate and wonder if I can feel any burning or not. It is constiently on my mind and I need some advice about my chances of picking something up from this type of activity. I'm especially worried about Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.

No reason to test, you had no risk.

No mendical background, just gained info from this site and other sites. reading and asking questions. Been doing this for several years now, I am a community leader.

Thanks Vance, do you have a medical background? I thought I knew about this stuff but I guess not. The Doc told me he wasn't aware that my encounters were any way to catch soemthing but to be 100% sure he wanted me to get tested again in 3 months. Now Im trying to figure out how to still have a sex life till I wait for testing again.

You had no risk.
Did you talk to your Dr about why he wanted you to test at 3 months?
