Swelling in left side of the troat above adam's apple STD/STI?

Hello everyone,
On the eve of 6th June I had a PROTECTED vaginal intercourse with a sex worker, she was young and unmarried. During this sex I sucked her breast. It was very brief.  After that I pulled of the condom with the help of the condom cover to avoid touching her vaginal fluid in my condom. I washed myself in the bathroom and got out of that place.

1) On the morning of 10th June (3 days later) I had a mild fever (99F). I went to the doctor and he gave me a shot. that fever went away that same night.
he gave me some antibiotics (without supliments).

2) 12th of the June (5 Days Later) I again had a slight fever, but it lasted only 2-3 hours.

3) The I started to sense some pain in my lower back and in my testicles. I have a swollen rectum. that lasted 3 weeks. and my bathroom schedule changed. now its forcing me to empty my bowels every morning. I also become very flatulent. The smell is very bitter.

4) 20 Days after my (potential exposure) I consulted a urologist. he examined my prostate.
He did some Test (Blood Test for HIV, Herpes, Syphilis) they all came back negative.
The urine test however has 8-10 RBC, and 4-5 pus cells.
He said that I may have Acute Bacterial Prostatisis and put me on bio-doxy for 14 Days along with Urimax Tablet.

5) In the meantime after 30 Days of (potential exposure) I booked an online STD Package test which includes
   a. Chlamadiya antibody test
   b. Hepres I & II igg & Igm test
   c. HiV test
   d. Syphilis test
all came negative

6) After 42 Days (6 weeks) I went back to the urologist. He put all the test again (except HiV) & the result came negative. He said the RBC and pus cells are also normal and prescribed me urimax tablet (0.2mg twice a day) for 30 days.

7) But during my 4th week after the potential exposure i started to develop pain in the left side of my throat just above the adams apple:
see the picture below. they are tender and painful to touch.
I would also like to tell u, that i cry a lot (almost every night), and tried to suppress it, so that i can't be heard by others. During that suppression of cry i started to have pain in the same area where the lumps are visible now.
It continues till date.

Hi, using a condom is zero risk for hiv, gono, chlamydia and uti,s and none of what you mention are symptoms of any std.

I thank you for your response.

But in the Internet they say condoms are not 100% secure against herpes and syphilis, also I used to be a very healthy person & I never had anything like this that I am experiencing now.

Only after the exposure I had this fever & prostatitis etc..

That's why I am concerned about.
