Swollen Glands

I was also in the DR, and slept with a local girl. Totally protected. I did not go down
on her but she gave me head without a condom for about 1 minute.  We then
had sex for a couple minutes and I stopped.  I went into the bathroom and
washed with anti bacterial soap and urinated.

Now that I am back in the States my glands in my neck are a little sore. Am I
being paranoid????

Swollen glads could be a number of different things. Too hard to pin point what it could or could not be based on limited info.
If you ae concernned about it, go to your Dr and get checked out.

A few months ago I injured my right testicle and after a while I developed epididymitis. I was put on medication and it subsided. Prior to my trip I hurt myself again. Do you think the swollen glands could be due to the epididymitis coming back?

Yes, you has protected sex, so you r risk was about zero. The oral sex you could aquire Gonorrhea, syphillis, NGU or herpes. But you would for the most part probably show symptoms starting at 2-5 days, 3 weeks, 7-14 days, 2-3 weeks. And the symptoms would be on the penis.
