Swollen Labia and red ichy penis

My girlfriend and I had sex 2 days ago, immedietly after it her labia had swollen and was sore.. now 2 days later I notice the end of my penis is a little red, dry and a bit ichy.

Are these related and what could they be ?

I had a yeast infection 2 times for the past 6 months treated with fungistat and vagitrol, but did not share that information with my partner, I have been with him only but living in different cities.
Two months ago I had a burning sensation in my inner labia and had like two white pimples near my anus and the begining of my vagina, I got acyclovir oral, and they went away.
Then after my period i start feeling itchy in my inner labia, kind like an eczema, went to the doctor who said it was candidiasis and recommended ovules and external cream, I had very little discharge, but the itchy sensation is not gone, it gets better when I wear loose cotton clothes like when I am on my PJs, but it bothers me with my panties..
is this related yeast infection, or herpes this has been on my mind and I think I worsen by getting obsessed with it..

Sounds like you all might have yeast, but you both need to see your doctors.
